Ingredients:
Yellow Moong Dal Powder 2 cups
or Yellow Moong dal 2 cups
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Preparation:
1. Soak the moong dal in water for a couple of hours. Grind into coarse paste or mix moong dal powder with salt and red chilli powder and add little water and mae into thick paste.
2. Heat a pan and add oil for deep frying. Make them into a round size ball faltten it and deep fry in low medium flame till on both the sides they into golden color.
3.Serve with peanut cutney or green chutney.
