Aartikaya fry or Banana Fry


Ingredients:
Raw Banana 2
Tumeric powder 2 pinches
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Oil  6 teaspoons or 2 table spoons
Salt as needed


Preparation:
1. Wash and cut bananas in round size.





2.Heat a pan and add oil after oil is heated switch to low flame and sliced aartikaya /banana pieces.

 




3. Add tumeric powder , when the raw banana or aaratikaya becomes to little soft add corinder powder and mix gently.




4.After it cooked add salt and red chilli powder and switch off the stove.



Serve with hot rice or as a starter. My husband ate them as banana chips.
