Ingredients:
Okra or Ladies finger or Bendakaya 1 pound
Tumeric powder 1 pinch
Red Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Oil 5 teaspoons
Salt as needed
Preparation:
1. Wash okra or ladies finger or bendakaya and wipe all the water with a soft cloth or tissue paper. If water is there okra or bendakaya will be sticky. Cut into pieces.
2. Heat a pan and add oil after oil is heated turn into medium low flame and add the okra or ladies finger pieces.
3.After they turn into light brown color add salt , turemeric powder and mix well.
4.After they are cooked and crispy add red chilli powder mix well and switch off the stove. Tastes yummy.
Serve with hot rice. Kids like to eat okra fry,potato fry, tindora fry and carrot fry. Try these with picky kids.
