Idly podi or Pappula podi


Ingredients:
Roasted Chana Dal 1 Cup
Dry Coconut powder 1 Cup
Red Chillies 10
(Adjust accordingly)
Jeera 2 teaspoons
Oil 2 teaspoons
Tamarind 1 lemon sized
Salt as needed

Preparation:
1. Heat a pan add roasted chana dal, red chillies, jeera and dry coconut powder.
2. When the coconut powder turns light brown in color switch off and add the tamarind.
3. After it cools, in a blender blend them into a soft powder add little oil and blend again.
