Ingredients:
Chickudikaya 1/4 kg or 1/2 pound around 25 in number
Cauliflower 1/2 medium sized
Onion 1 (optional)
Tumeric powder 2 pinches
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
(adjust accordingly)
Oil 3 teaspoons or 1 tablespoon
Salt as needed
Prepartion:
1.Peel the outer side edge of papadi or chudikaya. Cut papadi or chickudikaya into small pieces. Put them in water or else they will change color. Cut cauliflower into cauliflower florets.
2. Heat a pan add water and put the papadi or chudikaya pieces and cauliflower florets. After they are cooked drain the water. I have cooked seperately. You can cook together.
3. Heat a pan and add oil after oil is heated add the cooked papadi or chudikaya and cauliflower pieces to it and mix well. (Add onion to the oil and after the onions turns transperent add the papadi or chudikaya and cauliflower pieces)
4. Add salt after they fully cooked add red chilli powder,mix well and switch off the stove.
