Cauliflower Bajji or Cauliflower Pakora



Ingredients:
Besan 1 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Cauliflower 1/2 medium sized
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1 pinch(optional)
Oil for frying
Salt as needed

Preparation:
1. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Heat water when it is boiling switch off the stove.  Add the cauliflower  pieces to it . After 5 minutes drain the water.


2. In a bowl add besan, rice flour , soda, salt and red chilli powder and mix well.  Add cauliflower pieces to it and mix well.This batter should not be thick or thin.



3.Heat a pan and add oil to it after oil is heated turn to medium flame and put the batter dipped cauliflower pieces in the oil. Fry uniformly on all sides .






Serve with chutney or ketchup
