Ingredients:
Coriander or Kothimera 1 bunch
Red chilies 3
Jeera 1 teaspoon
Tamarind 1 inch piece
(or u can lemon juice)
Salt as needed
Preparation:
1. Remove the stalk of kothimera or corainder and wash the leaves. In a mixie bowl add red chillies, jeera, kothimera or corainder leaves, salt and tamarind.
2. Add little water and grind it into a coarse paste. Serve with rice or dosas.
